Park Side Manor is a vibrant celebration of bold design, created in close collaboration with a homeowner whose background in interior design brought clear vision and eclectic European inspiration to the project. When it came time to build their own custom home, the client turned to Empire on the trusted recommendation of their family—long-time clients themselves who understood that you don’t recommend just any builder to family.

The home was envisioned as a lively gathering place, designed to host everything from bustling dinner parties to cozy movie nights, with each space within the home thoughtfully crafted to have its own distinct personality.
