Do you offer design+build services, or do I need to hire my own architect/designer?

While square footage plays a role, the selections and level of finish have a much greater impact on the final price. Do you work with preferred trades, or can I choose my own?

We work with a trusted network of trades and suppliers we know and rely on to meet our standards for quality and craftsmanship. This allows us to ensure consistency, efficiency, and accountability throughout the entire build process.

How do you keep clients updated during the renovation?

We believe in open, consistent communication throughout your project. You’ll receive weekly updates at the end of each week, and we also use project management software where you can log in anytime to view, progress photos, and important details about your renovation.

Do you handle the permits and inspections?

Yes—our team manages all aspects of the renovation process, including securing the necessary permits and coordinating inspections. We make sure everything meets local requirements, so you can focus on your project without having to worry about the paperwork.

Do you have a design centre?

Yes—we work closely with our sister company, Empire Kitchen & Bath, to offer a full-service design experience. Their 18,000 sq. ft. showroom features custom cabinetry, luxury appliances, tile, plumbing fixtures, lighting, and hardware—all under one roof. It’s a convenient, streamlined way to make selections for your home without the need to travel all over the city.
